If you’re satisfied with one of the applicants on Shyfted, hit “Edit” on top right of the screen and pick the name of the candidate you’re going with, click “Done” to save the edits. Your shift will change the status to ✔️ Matched automatically.

✔️ Matched posts are not open for new applications.

In case you found a match outside of Shyfted and the position is filled now, you can close your post that way as well. The personal information of applicants matched is kept confidential.
