Once you have found a position you are interested in, hit apply at the bottom of the screen. Your device will navigate you directly to your default mail agent to start a communication.

Hiring members will also receive an automated notification that you have expressed interest in one (or more) of their shifts. So you can opt out from sending an email directly to the hiring member and wait till they get back to you when they see you have applied.
