We all know it’s hard to find locum coverage before we go on mat leave, vacation or take any time off. It’s a problem we’ve been facing for years. That’s why NNPBC is bringing a solution to NPs in B.C. to help find locums more easily and connect with each other for mutual support.
Shyfted is being used by nurse practitioners in B.C. to post locum opportunities, search openings and connect with each other.
PCN Nurse Practitioners with full or provisional license who are qualified and available to work as locums; Health Authority NPs with approval from their leadership team; NP students who are graduating within the next 4 months and are working towards getting their OSCE.
